Fried potato cubes coated in a deep orange bravas sauce. The dish is finished with a sprinkling of dark spices on top.

The tapas dictionary

Bravas: Short for "patatas bravas", one of Spain’s most popular tapas. Chunks of potato are fried until golden outside and soft inside, then served with salsa brava, a spicy red sauce made from tomato, paprika and chilli. Many bars serve them with a dollop of garlic alioli as well.
