- Coca is a thin, oblong baked flatbread from Catalonia, the Valencia region and the Balearic Islands. It can be savoury, topped with roasted vegetables, fish or cured meats, or sweet, with sugar and pine nuts. It is usually cut into portions and served as a tapa or snack.
